This presentation focuses on what the coaches can do to help their bowlers develop and prepare themselves away from the bowling center. It also offers tips for minimizing the trauma of carpal tunnel syndrome and 'bowler's elbow'. The nutrition segment of this presentation addresses the importance of pre-competition nutrition and the essential need for proper hydration before and during bowling events.
